Walk With Ease 

Online Group Sessions


Starting September 28th for six weeks, one time per week from 4:00-5:00 pm


We will meet online via Zoom. The zoom link will be sent by your instructor a few days before the class begins.

You must have a smart phone, tablet/ipad or laptop/desktop computer to join this class.

Walk With Ease trained group leader will begin each session with a pre-walk discussion covering a specified topic related to exercise and arthritis. Being that it is online we will encourage all participants to follow the class discussion with a 10- to 40-minute walk (on their own time) that includes a warm-up and a cool-down.

Always walk at your own risk and plan to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

 Walk With Ease is a popular national Arthritis Foundation evidence-based program designed to teach you how to:

•  reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis

•  increase balance, strength and walking pace

•  build confidence in your ability to be physically active

•  improve overall health
