Beatrice Comty-Charnock is a licensed marriage and family therapist and drug and alcohol counselor in Brainerd, Minnesota. She has been

a member of the Crow Wing Energized (CWE) Mental Fitness Goal Group since 2015 and is the former co-chair of the “Attitude of Gratitude”

Subcommittee, former co-chair of the “Sleep Hygiene” Subcommittee, and an instructor for CWE’s Lifestyle Change program. Beatrice

incorporates a holistic approach to therapy – focusing on mind, body, and spirit – to help her clients achieve their goals.
